Loma Rica resident Ryan Dozier in the lawsuit filed Monday cites violation of his First Amendment rights and said he has not repeated his religious activities at Yuba College since a campus police officer and a college administrator approached him Feb. 27 as he held a sign with a Christian message.

The government tries to regulate such potentially dangerous baby products, banning their sale and issuing recalls; but a recall is only effective when parents get word, which too often they never do. Especially on the secondhand market -- on eBay and at garage sales -- products subjected to federal recalls are bought and sold freely, and nobody is the wiser.
